The 3rd party provider corrected the outage and reports are now being delivered. New reports will be delivered as regular and orders placed earlier today are being reprocessed and delivered.

O fornecedor terceirizado corrigiu a interrupção e os relatórios já estão sendo entregues. Novos relatórios serão entregues normalmente e os pedidos feitos mais cedo hoje estão sendo reprocessados e entregues.

Investigating
We currently have delays in delivering a subset of reports, including CKR/CKR+ in Brazil, due to an outage with a 3rd party provider. We have confirmed the issue and are working with the provider to restore the service. Meanwhile, all orders are being received and will be processed as soon as service is restored.

Atualmente, estamos enfrentando atrasos na entrega de um subconjunto de relatórios, incluindo CKR/CKR+ no Brasil, devido a uma interrupção com um fornecedor terceirizado. O problema já foi confirmado e estamos trabalhando com o fornecedor para reestabelecer o serviço. Enquanto isso, todos os pedidos estão sendo recebidos e serão processados assim que o serviço for restaurado.
